LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Wolfforth resident Wanda DeLoach knows how important it is for a family to gather around the dinner table to talk and eat. So when she recently closed her business, Wanda's Kitchen, she took up another project. She created a cookbook called 'Isn't Life Delicious.'
"The favorite at least when we had the restaurant open, surprisingly was probably cashew crunch which is a coleslaw based salad," DeLoach says about her favorite recipe.
Her cookbook, 'Isn't Life Delicious' is available at Kuts and Kurls in Wolfforth or at K-K's Craft Mall in Lubbock. DeLoach says you can also buy it in neighboring towns like Lamesa, Olton, and Hale Center.
