Frenship ISD to start school year with new superintendent

WOLFFORTH, TX (KCBD) - Frenship ISD will also have a new superintendent for the new school year.   David Vroonland started officially on July 1st. He brings a world of experience to Frenship having taught from Japan to Washington D.C., and a lot of places in between.

"I think the staff that's in place is an excellent quality staff that can continue making things move forward for the district both athletically and academically as well as our fine arts programs have great staff in place so, working with them just makes life easier for me," said Vroonland.

Most recently Frenship has been a "recognized campus", Vroonland's goal is to make it "exemplary" as measured by the Texas Education Agency.
