Lubbock County Secures Money for New Jail - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Monday morning Lubbock County Commissioners took another step toward building a new jail for Lubbock County. They secured close to $83 million in bonds for the new facility. The bonds come with an interest rate of 4%.

Commissioners expect to receive them next month after the Texas Attorney General's approval.
