Brownfield Man Dies in Rollover

A Brownfield man died Tuesday morning when his car rolled near Wolfforth. It happened about 6:45 a.m.on Highway 62/82.

Lubbock DPS says that 25-year-old Javier Jordan Nunez drifted into the median, overcorrected and rolled his vehicle. DPS says Nunez was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown through the windshield. A Wolfforth doctor pronounced him dead at the scene.

No one else was injured in the accident.
