Four Men Indicted for Shooting Incident

A Lubbock grand jury indicted four men Tuesday for a shooting that happened in December. Brothers Rudy, Ronnie and Ruben Botello and Alfredo Chavez all face aggravated assault charges.

On December 29th, police say the four men fired seven shots at another group of men in the 2800 block of 37th street. One man was hit, but has since been released from the hospital. It took a week of investigation before all four men eventually turned themselves in to police.
