LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - By 6 p.m. Saturday, a historic concert will be underway at Jones AT&T Stadium, but Friday night, crews were continuing work on the stage for the Bob Dylan Show.
Crews began building the stage at 6 p.m. Thursday night and plan to have it up and ready Friday night. Crews also put down flooring, to protect the field turf.
When fans arrive at the concert Saturday, they will see a 52' wide, 48' deep stage, and fans will be able to sit both on the field and in the stands. Crews plan to have the show on the big screen above the score board, so everyone will have a great seat to see Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and John Mellencamp.
Fireworks, alcoholic beverages, and umbrellas are strictly prohibited at the stadium.
