Man rescued from deep hole

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - An unusual rescue in east Lubbock Saturday afternoon. Around 3:00 p.m., fire crews responded to a call of a man stuck in a hole at a grain elevator.

The man slipped and fell into a hole several feet deep. Crews used a tri-pod and a harness like tool with a neck brace to lift him up out of the hole.

It took about thirty minutes, and fire fighters on the scene said surprisingly they don't think he suffered any serious injuries.
