LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Exactly one month after he was arrested, a Lubbock federal judge denies former Hockley County Sheriff's Deputy Gordon Bohannon the chance to bond out of jail.
Federal Judge Sam Cummings ruled Monday that Bohannon will remain behind bars until his September 22nd trial date.
Bohannon and 27 others were arrested last month for charges related to a drug trafficking ring in Levelland.
