TxDot's Latest Project Underway - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Construction barrels, cones, and barricades are already in place for TxDot's latest project. The Northwest Passage project is underway and will widen Loop 289 from four to six lanes, from Frankford Avenue to just west of Quaker.

This project will also tie in to the Slide Road Extension. The projects should be complete by late next year.
