Lubbock mom indicted after leaving baby alone in cold car

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock mother stands indicted for abandoning a child, after authoroties say she left her 7-month-old alone in the back seat of a car. A grand jury indicted 25-year-old Priscilla Martinez Tuesday.

Back in November, a witness told police she left her child alone for more than two hours.   When officers arrived, they found the infant in the back seat with the car door open. Police report the temperature was 46-degrees when they arrived.
