Judge grants evidence hearing in Bohannon case

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - New developments in the case against Gordon Bohannon.

Prosecutors asked for a hearing to make sure the audio tapes of Bohannon talking to accused drug dealer Bobby Froman are admissable in court. The judge granted the request and set the hearing date for September 17th.  

Bohannon is the former Hockley County Sheriff's deputy arrested July 10th, along with Froman and 26 others.  They all face drug related charges.
