LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A day after his arrest, a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted the second suspect accused in the armed robbery of a Lubbock convenience store.  Shadow Stephenson, 17 is now indicted for aggravated robbery. He remained in the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday night on $100,000 bond.

Police arrested Stephenson on Monday, following the July 30th robbery of a Town and Country at 3401 Clovis Highway. Surveillance captured the robbery on camera. Authorities tell us the video led to the arrest of Ivan Pauda, 19 earlier this month. Pauda is also indicted for aggravated robbery and remained jailed Tuesday on $100,000 bond as well.
