Lubbock man indicted for improper photography - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted a Lubbock man for taking inappropriate pictures.  Mitchell Turner, 55 remained behind bars at the Lubbock County Jail Tuesday on $100,000 bond.

Police arrested him August 5th after he was caught taking pictures of a woman at a local super-store. Investigators later discovered multiple photographs on his digital camera, including photos of young children. Authorities are checking turner's computer for any illegal material.
