18-Year-Old Indicted on Burglary Charges

A man charged with several burglaries and a robbery in Lubbock will have his day in court. On Tuesday a grand jury indicted 18-year-old Harley Piatt.

NewsChannel 11 first told you about Harvey Piatt in September when he and two other people tried to steal a safe from a gas station. They managed to drag the safe out of the store, but had to leave it there because it was too heavy.

Piatt is in the Lubbock County Jail on a total of $280,000 bond.
