LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Jessica Tanguma was booked into the Lubbock County jail Wednesday and then released on bond.  Police say they think that she accidentally hit and killed 21-year-old Luis Hernandez in the 1200 block of 50th street this weekend.

She is charged with failure to stop and render aid. Her attorney says she stopped, but did not Hernandez. It was then, he says, that she left.
