Ousted sheriff will have to wait a little longer for his day in court

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A judge has put off Monday's court hearing concerning ousted Hockley County Sheriff David Kinney.  Earlier this month that same judge agreed to temporarily suspend Kinney due to allegations of false financial reports and incompetence.

Kinney denies the allegations. No new date has been set for the court hearing.
