Election date and bond projects likely final by Thursday

By James Clark | email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - By Thursday afternoon Lubbock's plan for a bond election should be finalized.   The City Council has its first and only reading to set the election date as November 3rd.

Also, the Council has its second and final reading approve a nearly $61 million dollar list of projects from the Citizens Advisory Committee.   It's expected that the list will go on the ballot as-is with nothing added or taken away.
