After five years, Auditorium renovations back on track - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - City Council hears ideas this week on how to modernize the Municipal Auditorium.  Voters in 2004 approved roughly $5 million in bond projects for the auditorium, but it was never spent.  

So, this week City Council hears recommendations from an architect on how to modernize the facility with an emphasis on better concessions and better restrooms.
