One prisoner still on loose one year after escape - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

CLOVIS, NM (KCBD) - One year ago Monday, eight men escaped from the Curry County Jail in Clovis, New Mexico. 

As for that escape, only one suspect still remains at large. Edward Salas is accused of killing a 10-year-old boy in a drive-by shooting. Officials say he could be hiding in eastern New Mexico or West Texas.
