Littlefield downgraded, and negative outlook by Fitch

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Fitch Bond Rating Agency has bad news for the City of Littlefield.

Fitch downgrades $1.3 million of debt owed by the City of Littlefield. Fitch also has a negative outlook for the city's financial condition, citing problems at the city-owned Clayton Detention Center.
