Idalou structure fire controlled burn - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

IDALOU, TX (KCBD) - Fire crews from Idalou responded to a structure fire early Friday afternoon in northeast Lubbock County. 

Firefighters received a call about a fire just north of Idalou around 1:15 p.m.  It turns out that a farmer was burning down an old barn, but didn't tell officials first. The fire department asks you to notify them any time you plan to have a controlled burn.
