Where should an outer Lubbock Loop go?

By James Clark | email

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If Lubbock had an outer Loop (outside of Loop 289), where would it go?  That's the question TxDOT is asking right now as it plans the route for an outer loop.

A TxDOT map shows the potential area that's under consideration.  Txdot will hold a public hearing Tuesday night at 6:30 in the Frenship High School, which is at the corner of F.M. 179 and 82nd street (82nd street in Wolfforth is called Donald Preston Drive.)

Those with questions or special needs can contact Mr. Jerry Cash, TxDOT Project Manager at 806-748-4431 or jcash@dot.state.tx.us
