LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock woman stands indicted for a fatal hit and run that happened two weeks ago.
Tuesday, a Lubbock grand jury indicted 26-year-old Jessicalynn Tanguma for failure to stop and render aid.
Tanguma is accused of leaving the scene after hitting and killing 21-year-old Luis Hernandez on August 16th in th 1200 block of 50th Street.
If convicted, Tanguma could face two to 10 years in prison.
