Capital murder trial resumes, King pleads guilty on all counts

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock trial of a Missouri man began this morning, and Levi King has pleaded guilty to capital murder for killing three people in Pampa in 2005.

26-year-old Levi King entered his plea Thursday morning in a Lubbock court room, then prosecutors began the punishment phase. The state is seeking the death penalty.

King pleaded guilty to killing Brian Conrad, 31, Michell Conrad, 35 , and Zach Doan, her 14-year-old son. They were found slain in their remote farmhouse south of Pampa the morning of September 30th, 2005. Michelle Conrad was six months pregnant.

Her 10-year-old daughter survived and called 911.

Last year, King pleaded guilty to killing two people in Missouri. Their bodies were found the same day authorities in the Texas Panhandle discovered the bodies in the Conrad's home.
