Little League Sign-Ups to be Held Saturday

City-wide sign-ups for the upcoming 2003 Little League Baseball season will take place on Saturday, February 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Wayland Baptist University Plaza located at Loop 289 and West 19th St. in Lubbock.

All youth baseball players between the ages of 5 and 16 are encouraged to sign up for the 2003 season. Each of the Little League organizations in the city of Lubbock (Dixie, MLK, Midwest, Northwest, Southwest, Western) as well as the newly formed Junior League (13 - 14 year-olds) will be available for players to register with that day.

A valid birth certificate as well as parent/guardian signatures are required for registration.
