LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - If you're taste buds are tempted by the savory smokehouse smell of Bar-B-Q get ready for a double-dose of deliciousness.

Lil Bigham's Smokehouse at 1823 Buddy Holly Ave serves up that famous flavor Bigham's is known for. And it's also a repeat perfect performance for J & M BBQ at 3605 34th.

Next we head to Pizza Hut at 4401 82nd Street. This pizzeria delivers a perfect score.

Forget the apple! Our next top performer believes "A tortilla a day keeps the doctor away." Whatever it is, Ruby Tequila's at 8601 University Ave. knows the recipe for perfection.

This palace of perfection is our next stop. India Palace at 3021 34th once again cooks up a perfect health inspection.

It's a quick stop at America's Favorite Drive-In as Sonic at 101 N. University delivers another perfect score.

No driving needed - our next top performer comes straight to you. At Your Service Catering at 2623 34th Street makes a first time appearance on the Food for Thought list.

Now to our only low performer....

Inspectors cited Wienerschnitzel at 6319 82nd street with six critical violations.

• Cold foods were not 41 degrees or below.
• An employee handled raw hot dogs then tongs and bags without first washing their hands.
• Uncovered employees' drinks were not in a designated area.
• A toxic item was not labeled.
• Several items in the kitchen were dirty.
• Lastly, there was no Heimlich chart posted.

Management says all violations have been corrected, and they are anticipating a re-inspection on Friday.

According to the report, most of the violations were corrected while the inspector was there.
