Flags in Kastman Park honor 9/11

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Friday is the eighth anniversary of 9/11, and volunteers worked on the annual memorial Thursday in Kastman Park.

Every year hundreds of flags are placed in the park, to honor those lost on September 11, 2001.
