LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Monday night a few hundred Lubbockites filled the Lubbock Municipal Auditorium for a public forum on health care.
A group called Americans for Integrity in Government held the panel discussion with local physicians, business owners and insurance agents speaking on the panel. This group has a conservative reputation, and a flyer they sent out about the meeting said, "we will inform you of the actions you can take to save private health care." Most of the comments made supported some sort of reform, but not the public option.
