LUBBOCK (KCBD) - NewsChannel 11 continues looking into certain claims pertaining to Enhance Mortgage.
Last week on NewsChannel 11 Investigates we told you about a local business accused of deceptive and misleading practices affecting those across the state. A Texas State Representative took notice, and after our story aired, we also heard from more Texans who are also claiming the same thing.
We already talked with two clients both being sued by Enhance Mortgage for breach of contract like Joseph Hayes. "I realized this company wasn't being ethical in their business trades. I don't think anybody would have signed the contract with their interpretation," said Hayes.
An attorney for the company says what they're doing is not deceptive or misleading. Now we hear from others who are also stepping up to share their experiences that they had with Enhance Mortgage. It's a follow up you won't want to miss coming up Monday on NewsChannel 11 at 10.
