LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock authorities say he didn't follow the rules, now there's a warrant out for his arrest. Robert Aguilar Junior, 22, is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

A grand jury indicted Aguilar in 2004. That's after investigators say he was involved in a one car rollover in September of that year on County Road 3100. Three people fled the scene, and authorities say the vehicle was stolen.

Aguilar pleaded guilty and was sentenced to community supervision in the summer of 2006. Now, officers say he's failed to show, and has tested positive for drug use, so they've issued a warrant for his arrest.
