LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A former area pastor is indicted by a Lubbock County grand jury.
Terry Nesmith was pastor of the Faith Assembly of God from 1992 until July of this year. He is indicted for indecency with a child.
The child is now an adult and claims that she was fondled over the course of a four year period. Police records indicate the alleged victim came forward in 2006, and that the alleged incidents took place in the mid to late 1990's.
