Alcohol to hit Lubbock store shelves Wednesday

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - NewsChannel 11 has learned alcohol will hit Lubbock stores shelves Wednesday. 

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission says about 90 alcohol sales permits will be issued in Lubbock County Wednesday and Thursday.

The TABC says in its written statement that 86 businesses in Lubbock get permits Wednesday morning starting at 8:30.
