This morning the conditions remain mostly fair and cold with patchy frost possible. This afternoon skies will be partly cloudy with cool temperatures, tonight expect cloudy skies and chilly temperatures.
Thursday there is a slight chance of rain in the forecast, with cloudy skies. Friday will remain cloudy, but temperatures will be warmer. For weekend plans expect a mostly sunny, and much warmer Saturday.
