Man arrested for alleged sexual assault of a child - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A Lubbock County man is under arrest accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 14.

Thirty-four-year-old George Salas, Jr. was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having sex with a family member. He and the victim say the relationship has been going on for two years, but turned sexual when the girl turned 13, a year ago. They say the sex was consensual and that they are in love.
