House deemed total loss after Wednesday morning fire

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department is investigating a house fire that happened early Wednesday morning.

The unoccupied house at 17601 CR 2220 was being remodeled and the tenants were supposed to move in Wednesday.

The Woodrow Fire Chief called the house a total loss. There is no indication to what caused the fire or where it started. It is still under investigation.
