Bees are the buzz at the South Plains Fair

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - This year at the Fair, all the buzz is about the bees.

The first aid center says bee stings have been the worst problem they've seen so far, and that the bees are worse this year than past years.

Jason Turner, the First Aid Associate Coordinator says that they have treated probably over 100 bee stings.

Most of the bees stick around the lemonade stands and near the trash cans. The first aid center says they have been spraying to keep the problem from getting out of control.
