Arson Suspected in Overton Apartment Fire

A fire in the Overton District Monday morning is now considered arson. The Lubbock Fire Marshall's says they don't have a suspect, but they do know someone purposely started this fire. It started around 10 a.m. at the vacant Woodhaven Apartments at 10th and Avenue R. It took firefighters about half-an-hour to bring it under control.
