TxDOT closes 4th Street & Loop 289 - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - After a delay of one day, it looks like the road closure at 4th Street and West Loop 289 is official now.

It was supposed to close Wednesday morning, but TxDOT delayed that while waiting for the needed equipment. The road work is expected to last 15 months.
