City of Lubbock advises extreme caution at busy intersection

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The City of Lubbock has issued a notice to motorists to use extreme caution when approaching the intersection at 4th Street and Milwaukee.

An accident at 4th Street and Milwaukee avenue on Sunday morning resulted in the knock down of the traffic controller that operates the traffic signal at the intersection.

Crews are working to replace the controller base and the traffic controller. The signal is operating in all red flash and will remain that way until the work is completed.
