Some Cooper students learn 'Don't Mess with Texas' - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock students are learning how to eliminate litter as part of the new Don't Mess with Texas Litter Force. 

TxDot is organizing the program and stopped by Lubbock Cooper North and South Elementary schools Wednesday. Part of the campaign is a donation of 50 t-shirts to participating schools. School administrators then give out the shirts to students who exhibit outstanding litter prevention.
