LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The man convicted of kidnapping three Lubbock children has appealed his conviction and sentence. Kenneth Wilcox is serving 40 years in prison. Wilcox's attorney filed a notice of appeal last week. However, official records from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals still do not know specifically which legal grounds Wilcox claims in his appeal.
