LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The man convicted of kidnapping three Lubbock children has appealed his conviction and sentence. Kenneth Wilcox is serving 40 years in prison. Wilcox's attorney filed a notice of appeal last week. However, official records from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals still do not know specifically which legal grounds Wilcox claims in his appeal.

One hour and 35 minutes was all it took for Lubbock jurors to find Kenneth Wilcox guilty on three counts of kidnapping. NewsChannel 11's Ann Wyatt Little has details from the final day of testimony.
