Two local public servants indicted, separated cases

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock federal grand jury indicted two local public servants on two separate charges.

Cristina Lopez is indicted for bribery. Lopez was a general clerk at the Dalby Prison Unit in Post in April of this year.  The indictment says she agreed to smuggle an mp3 player into the prison in exchange for perfume. 
 
Rory Brundage is accused of hiding or destroying mail in July of this year. Brundage was a postal service employee in Hale County. Specific details have not yet been reported in court records.
