LISD Trustees name new administrators

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - The Lubbock ISD Board of Trustees filled two positions at their meeting Friday morning.

Rick Rodriguez was named as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Rodriguez is currently the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Waxahachie school district. He is from Roswell, New Mexico.

Trustees also hired Chad Elliot as Assistant Principal at Lubbock High School. He is currently the Assistant Principal at Cavazos Middle School. Elliott received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Lubbock Christian University.
