Attempt to locate Lubbock purse thief

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock Police are needing your help in catching a purse thief.

The suspect stole a purse from the victim's shopping cart at United on 82nd and Boston on October 17th.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20's and between 5'8" and 5'10". He is approximately 140-160 pounds with brown hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a plaid cap, pullover hoodie sweatshirt with "Billabong" in white letters across the front. He was also wearing blue shorts and white and black tennis shoes.

The suspect was last seen running southeast behind Tinseltown.
