LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - How do you get kids to eat veggies if they don't want to? The Obesity Society in Washington, DC released their research results following a lengthy study on eating behaviors in kids.
The researchers decided what moms have said for centuries, "If they're hungry, they'll eat it" holds true. The study found kids were more likely to eat fruit and veggies if they were served as an appetizer, before meals. And if they're hungry, they'll eat it.
