Lubbock Driver Misses Exit Crashes Into Road Sign

Lubbock Police say speeding may be the reason a man ran off the highway and into three trees on Wednesday morning. Jimmy Don William's truck crashed his truck around two in the morning.

Police say Williams was driving West on the South Loop and missed the Spur 327 exit. He plowed through a road sign and several shrubs before hitting the trees.

EMS took the 41-year-old to UMC where he remains in critical condition.
