Test Of History for Lubbock Students

Sixth graders were tested Wednesday on African American History with a little friendly competition.

37 teams from 21 Lubbock Elementary Schools competed in the 10th Annual African American History Bowl. It was held at Alderson Academy. The competition was similar to the Academic Decathlon, with each team member accumulating points.

The winning school...Isles elementary.
