UMC makes H1N1 vaccines available to the public

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Several of UMC's Physician Network Services locations have received H1N1 flu vaccines, however, the supplies are limited.

There are some personal requirements that must be met in order to qualify for the vaccine, such as age and number of children living at home.

You are urged to call before visiting a PNS clinic.

The following clinics had vaccines for the public as of October 29th:

  • West Wind Primary Health Center - 5520 4th Street. Ph: (806) 761-0475
  • Living Well Express Care, inside United Supermarket - 50th & Avenue Q. Ph: (806) 761-0429
  • Living Well Express Care, inside United Supermarket - 82nd & Boston Avenue. Ph: (806) 761-0428

The following PNS physicians had vaccines available for returning patients as of October 29th:

  • Dr. Jane Scott - 3502 9th Street, Ste. 430. Ph: (806) 744-1171
  • Pediatric Associates of Lubbock - 7501 Quaker Ave. Ph: (806) 793-7257
