More alcohol variances requested near TTU - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Lubbock city council considers three alcohol variances this week.  One is for the Smokehead shop in the 1600 block of University, which is less than 300 feet from the Texas Tech campus.

Two are for the soon to be built food store at 9th and Avenue X., which is also less than 300 feet from the Texas Tech campus.
