LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - A traffic stop on Wednesday morning turned deadly at the intersection of 98th and Indiana.
Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies attempted to stop Mark Allen Stowe of Lubbock, as they believed he had a felony aggravated assault warrant.
The Sheriff's deputies were following Stowe southbound on Indiana when he stopped near 98th Street. Before police could get to him, Stowe shot himself with a shotgun.
